I've got a career question for you all. I'm having trouble cracking into the cybersecurity field even though that is what my degree is in. I'm stuck at a NOC position working with legacy hardware without much room for advancement. Once you get the basics down there isn't much new to learn either. The company is offering me a full time position. The salary is great and the company benefits are fantastic, but the job is tedious, frustrating, and not a wise career choice.
How can I maneuver out of this job into a cybersecurity position?
