Hi all, this is the first time that I write here. I don't know exactly what to do. I found a security flaw in the website of a known international platform. I'm trying to warn them but their customer service is doing everything to exhaust me. I wrote a blog post about how they're replying but I've not disclosed the issue because it can create damage to the users. I'm not linking the post here because it refers to the company. What is the correct behavior to be heard without struggling with the customer service?
