I was wondering if it possible to have an access point or an evil twin if you want to call it, where it can accept any password. To the client/victim it would have the lock symbol beside the access point name but when typed in it would accept any password that is given. I understand that not how handshakes work but is there another way ( maybe without using WPA2) to make it look like a locked AP. Or is there some kind of way around it, to make it accept any password that is given. Im not privy to the entire WPA2 protocol but doesnt the typed hash have to be checked against the actual pre shared key hash and cant that just be anything? or Null?
